If giving back to the community is important to you, having a fund at the Community Foundation might be just what you need.

Get organized. You can do all of your charitable giving through an individual or family fund at the Community Foundation, including donations to your church, synagogue, alma mater and other charitable causes. Organizing your giving is easy. The Community Foudation does all of the record keeping for you.
Make complex gifts simple. The Community Foundation can handle complex giving, which means you can give a gift of stock and other alternative assets. Those assets can be liquidated and available for you to suggest grants to the causes you care about.
