Description

F.L.O.W.E.R (Females Loving Ourselves Winning Etiquette Resources)

FLOWER is a Lexington, KY based social development program, with a multi-faceted approach to the empowerment and educational growth of girls TODAY.

We seek to address the very heart of issues confronting girls – increasing confidence in their own voice and convictions, developing life-skills, and improving the ability to identify paths and resources within their communities that can contribute to positive change and break cycles for a lifetime.

Our innovative approach combines mentoring, creative workshops, awe-inspiring social experiences and academic coaching to ensure the “SUCCESS” of our GIRLS.

The FLOWER experience creates a ripple effect of “POSITIVE CHANGE” in the lives of girls beginning within their own neighborhood.
